A – TFB Copyright and reprinting rights:

From this point on The Fakeness Blog and involved parties will be referred to as TFB.

The Fakeness Blog, TheFakeness.com, The Fakeness, TFB, and other names logos, tag-lines, slogans, and other content not listed here are copyrighted by their respective owners. Articles are owned and copyrighted by their respective authors. For use please contact us at [webmaster @ thefakenessblog dot com]. The logo, image and namesake may be used in promotion of the TFB if a return link to TFB is provided, none of the aforementioned (but not limited too) may be used in a Anti-TFB or any other such sites defame or slandering TFB. Articles may be reprinted, quoted, and paraphrased on the internet and print provided:

1) The quotation, paraphrasing, or such does not change the views or opinion on the subject as represented on the TFB website / writer and/or other.

2) A return link is provided on reprinting website (for internet reprinting), or a URL to The Fakeness Blog website is printed within the article that is reprinting material from TFB.

3) The reprinting party does not claim to have spoken to any of the parties at TFB unless prior e-mail, mail or phone records exist and can be provided on demand.

4)The Fakeness Blog holds the right to request any reprinted material be removed from reprinters website / article or other works. without providing a reason.

5) The reprinted content cannot be used in the defamation of any person, people, place, company or other. Either living, deceased or likewise. The content of the reprinter must not be of an illegal nature or promote such.

Claims of content being non-fact or copyrighted by other parties will be reviewed by the parties at TFB and be removed, edited, and/or retracted at request if deemed necessary. No time frame is given due to unknown factors. TFB does not intentionally post false or other parties’ copyrighted content. All images / video unless owned by TFB or licensed by other parties are believed to be in the public domain and available for use, reprint and/or other. Images / video like this will be known from here on as BPD (believed public domain) images / video. BPD images / video are for use (but not limited to) the promotion, discussion or opinion of a person, place, thing and/or other.
